Does action need to be taken because an anomaly has been detected? Then you will receive a timely warning and advice on the concrete steps to follow via your dashboard. For important events, you will also receive notification via e-mail.
Do our algorithms detect a high-risk event? Then you will receive concrete advice to make adjustments as soon as possible. If necessary, we also take a sample that we analyze with a flow cytometer or send to an accredited lab. If you cannot solve the problems yourself, we refer you to the right partner.
